AUTOMATIC WORK STATION |

We provide two cushioned stops for each Work Station. One serves as a station stop. The Automatic Work Stations involve the use of two cushioned, in-line stops. We provide these for use with single solenoid valves to be opened by the PLC program. Proximity switches or other sensing devices read pallet positions. Automatic stations are typically interfaced with devices such as robots, pick and place mechanisms, automatic screw drivers, etc. The PLC controls double solenoid valves furnished as part of a lift/locate unit to provide precise pallet positioning. |

AUTOMATIC TRANSFER STATION |

Automatic Transfer Stations are PLC controlled with pallet and device functions policed by proximity switches or other sensing devices. Transfer motions are smooth and automatic. Double solenoid valves activate the compact pneumatic cylinders used to raise and lower the transfer device. Electrically-driven belts, chains, or rollers transfer the pallets. |

AUTOMATIC VERTICAL TRANSFER STATION |

Vertical Transfer Stations (Reciprocating Lifts) are PLC controlled with pallet and device functions policed by proximity switches or other sensing devices. The vertical transfer module moves loaded or empty pallets from one elevation to another. The bed of this unit is electrically-driven and reversable. Z flow, C flow, or pass through pallet movement is possible. Alternate modes of operation may be programmed. (Specify capacity: unit weight of pallet, cycle time, flow, elevation changes, etc.) Elevation changes may be made either electronically or pneumatically. |

AUTOMATIC ROTATE STATION |

Automatic Rotate Stations involve powered lift and rotation. Pallets are first lifted from the chain surface; then are turned either 90 degrees or 180 degrees for performance of the work process. Next, the pallet is returned to the chain surface in its original orientation, repositioned 180 degrees, or 90 degrees (if pallet is square). Rotation may be powered either pneumatically or electrically. Models with manual top rotation are available (RM station symbol). These units have detente at 90 degree increments to confirm position by feel. |
