MANUAL WORK STATION |

We provide two, cushioned, stops for each Work Station. One serves as a station stop. The second serves as a queue stop to protect and supply the Work Station. These may be lowered simultaneously by an operator-actuated foot or hand valve to release completed work and permit entry of the following work piece pallet. Such stations may be deactivated by manually pushing down and pinning each stop thus permitting all transporter pallets to bypass the work station. Control is visual. Therefore, valuable I/O panel capacity is saved. A minimum centerline spacing of 3' is suggested, although pallet length & other variables may control this dimension. |

MANUAL TRANSFER STATION |

Manual Transfer Stations are employed to perform manual functions offline. All functions are manual and no control panel I/O capacity or sensing devices are required. Like the manual Work Station, such stations are easily deactivated by pinning down or capping the stop modules. |
