| NOTES:
*Transporter types may be intermixed in any given layout. (1) Based on providing space for modules to stop and cross transfer. (2) Length is running length (measured in direction of pallet flow). Width is measured at right angles to direction of pallet flow. (3) Conveyors may be positioned in tandem to create longer lines. Verify minimum pallet length if pallets are conveyed on transporters placed in tandem. (4) Low level pallet return is 12" to 14" for any of the listed transporter series, power roller accumulating conveyor, or other equipment provided by the system integrator. (5) Pallet accumulation should be confined to linear transporters or straight line segments of curvilinear lines. (6) Line lengths and line loading of transcurve transporters vary with configuration. (7) AW52 and AW52A series transporters with brake rollers feature lube-free chain for cleaner, more maintenance free operation. (8) Most AW52 and AW82 series transporters are provided with tubular steel side rails featuring double strut rails running full length along the bottom of the rails. Shallow strut rails are available to run along the outside of the steel side rails. (9) AW52A series transporters have extruded aluminum side rails.
