BIG-MINI Rolldrive belt conveyors are driven in a unique manner. Their powerful 3/60/230 volt AC induction motor and multistage planetary gearbox are contained within a 3" diameter, crown faced, drive pulley. There is no space requirement for an external motor, speed reducer, or chain drive. Rolldrive's drive pulley features lifetime lubrication for maintenance free operation. Double sealed end housings prevent entry of dust, dirt and moisture.
Belt constructions are available to suit Rolldrive conveyor applications involving conveying, accumulation, or elevating a variety of products. Maximum transported loads vary between thirty-three and eighty-eight pounds depending on which of the offered fixed belt speeds you require. Line speeds vary between twenty and eighty-two feet per minute. Belt widths include 6", 8", 10", 12", 16" and 24". (Belt width should not exceed 1/3 of the conveyor length). A variety of belt types may be used to best suit the requirements of your application.
Rolldrive's conveyor belt may be the highest point on the conveyor (micro construction) or the belt can ride between troughed, 1" high, vertical sides (mini construction) as a means of containing conveyed material.
Many accessories are available for the Rolldrive conveyor. In addition to standard steel construction, Rolldrive conveyors may be constructed entirely of stainless steel.
