ACCU-Rollveyor is a miniature, chain-driven roller-flight conveyor which carries or accumulates small parts or items requiring close-center roller support. ACCU-Rollveyor employs two standard chains which can run continuously. Items are conveyed on small (7/8") rollers between the chains. The easy turning rollers revolve only when the flow of parts is blocked for accumulation, collation, assembly or inspection at any location on the conveyor. One unique optional feature permits operating a number of rollers at any point along the conveyor length at twice normal line speed; thus generating a gap between items in accumulated slugs as they exit the conveyor or move past an accumulation stop. ACCU-Rollveyor's rollers contact only your product and can be used in a gravity mode.
